Mr. Faisal Ahmed is a non-executive nominee director of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). At present, he is Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP), heading Consumer Assets Group.

Mr. Ahmed has over 26 years of experience in banking and finance working in variety of banking departments including credit processing, corporate finance, marketing, product development, data analytics, digital banking, consumer assets and investment back-office functions.

Mr. Ahmed is a Master in Business Administration from Southeastern University, Washington DC, USA and M. Phil. in Management Sciences from SZABIST University with gold medal in both MBA and M. Phil.He has also been a part of the visiting faculty of various universities.

Mr. Ahmed is currently serving as Chairman of First Credit & Investment Bank Limited, and has served in past as director of National Assets Insurance Limited
