Mr. Asif Baig Mirza is the Nominee Director of LSE Financial Services Limited (LSEFSL). He is the Chief Executive Officer of ABM Securities (Private) Limited a corporate member of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and an elected director of LSEFSL.

Mr. Asif Baig Mirza has passed B. Com (Hons.) from Hailey College of Commerce, University of Punjab, Lahore, in 1971. He joined Habib Bank Limited in 1971 and took training in International Banking also. During this period, he also passed Part1 Exam of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP). He then joined General Petroleum & Mineral Organization (Petromin) at Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1975 and served there as Economic Researcher till 1988. He became Individual Member of former Lahore Stock Exchange Limited in 1994 which was later corporatized into ABM Securities (Pvt.) Ltd.

He has also successfully completed “Wealth Management” training, conducted by Marcus Evans at Mumbai 2008, Certification for “Director’s Training” from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in 2013, and training program on AML/CFT compliance for Brokers/Dealers in 2014.

Mr. Asif Baig Mirza has worked in past as director of former Lahore Stock Exchange many times, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Ltd (PMEX), Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA), and Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). He had been member of many statutory and other Board committees of these Boards. He had been a member of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)’s Task Force for Protection of Minority Shareholders.
